Desert Thorn-Apple, Datura discolor

In Anza-Borrego, there are two species of Datura. In Desert Thorn-Apple (Datura discolor), the flowers have touches of purple and are upright. In Western Jimson Weed (Datura wrightii), the flowers are white and may appear either upright or tilted.
